Claims and Return

Most of the products purchased in El Mundo de Cocolet can be returned, provided they retain the original packaging and are in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the good will suffer depreciation. You should take clear photos of the articles that may present a quality problem, send the photos by email to cocolet@cocolet.com or by WhatsApp to 660271573.
Once the modification has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, the importation and shipping costs will be refunded, according to the payment method made by the customer, except in cash, which will be refunded by bank transfer and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned documentation.

The direct cost of the return of the good or service will be borne by the customer as collected in the LGCU.
Once the complaint or claim is received, we agree with the client how to proceed to make the return or replacement. To do this, it will be essential to fill in a «return sheet» that we will send by email and that must be accompanied to the address. It will also be necessary to keep the original packaging in order to file the claim because otherwise it will not be admitted.
Please note that the following reasons are not covered by our return / exchange policy, and we are not responsible for these issues.

Please allow up to 72 hours to change your refund to our warehouse, once you receive the returned product. Your statement will identify a change in 10-15 business days.

In case of return of items, our collection is made at home, the direct cost of returning the good or service will be borne by the customer as collected in the LGCU.

This company will RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND MANAGEMENT of customer orders that may be canceled for having suffered in the past unjustified returns or repeated defaults.
